What Vindicated provides
Vindicated helps adults keep a personal parenting record, preserve original files, review imported information and prepare exports. You are responsible for checking dates, senders, transcription, suggested wording and selections before relying on or sharing them. Approximate recollections are not exact event counts.
Your records and lawful use
You retain ownership of your records. Only import, record or share material you are permitted to use. Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access to another person’s account, secretly intercept communications, fabricate records, harass someone or infringe their rights. Recordings may be subject to consent requirements; obtain any permission that applies.
Legal and integrity limits
Vindicated is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or evaluate case strength. No custody outcome, legal strategy, truth finding or court acceptance is promised. File fingerprints compare saved bytes; they are not independent timestamps, proof of authorship or proof that an event happened. Consult your own qualified professional about using or filing an export.
Device storage and recovery
Keep encrypted backups and the matching recovery credential separately. Optional automatic encrypted backup requires Apple or verified email sign-in and a separately kept recovery key. It works while Vindicated is open and unlocked, retries failed uploads when connected, and shows when a saved copy has been verified. It is not continuous background backup or multi-device sync. Keep manual copies as well. Support cannot decrypt records or replace a lost key. A failed voice save may leave one unfinished recording in app storage; retry or export it before deleting the app. Device loss, storage failure or removing the app can make records unavailable.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are being configured and are not currently sold here. When available, Apple’s purchase confirmation displays the actual price, billing period, any trial and renewal conditions before you purchase. An auto-renewing subscription continues until canceled under the displayed store terms. Manage cancellation through your Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests are handled through Apple’s applicable process.
Without an active plan, you can still view existing saved records, export originals and packets, and save an encrypted backup. New or changed records and paid features are subject to the preview/plan limits shown in the app. Restoring a purchase restores eligible subscription access; it does not recover local parenting records.
Availability and updates
Features depend on device, iOS version, language, model availability and permissions. Storage/import limits are documented in Support. Recognition and drafts can fail or be inaccurate. Development previews may change. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be disclosed where applicable. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded.
Apple licensing and third parties
For an App Store-distributed app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the listing provides a different applicable license. Apple, RevenueCat, your email provider and any destination you choose for exports have their own terms and policies. Read our privacy policy for how the current product handles information.
